Our hosting company and the forum owner do not want any indecent representation of minors at this forum, period. Whether it would be "technically legal" or not is irrelevant; we are not going to take chances on hosting that kind of high-risk content here.
Anyone who feels compelled to post their lurid fantasies about tickling minors may do so at another forum (though I'm pretty sure TMF doesn't allow it), or if they live in a country with weak child-protection laws, they may start their own forum devoted to adult/minor fetishism.
