WIERD tickling scene on Famiy Guy

Just saw the strangest tickling scene. Brian (the dog) and Stewie are walking down the street and come across a bunch of people surrounding a well where a little girl has fallen into. One of the people says to Brian and Stewie "A little girl is stuck in the well and none of us have long enough arms....except for that guy over there but hes helping that woman tickle the midget in the tree." And sure enough they show a male midget being tickled on a tree limb by this guy on the ground with really long arms. After Brian and Stewie save the girl, the "mother" goes "Hey...this isnt my daughter" and throws her back in. The midget jumps into the well, says the little girl is his wife, and it closes with the long armed guy reaching in and tickling them both....

Very very weird.....but funny! LOL

That show is pure geniouse but the best mainstream clip is fran dresher on the nanny but i have searched for that clip forever, could never find it.

Here is another "wierd" one for ya. Take a look at the first 10 or 12 episodes of
this series. In each of them the lead character Peter Griffin is shown barefoot
at some point during the 30 minutes that the show is on.

If he is not relaxing in bed there is some other reason for him to take off his
shoes and socks. The original ads for the show also show him relaxing in
and easy chair with his bare soles in plain view.

Either this is an inside joke or someone on that show likes chubby barefoot guys.

LOL I saw that too, CC, though on an earlier run. I've seen it a few times and I still don't get it. Either it's just completely random silliness or some joke is going right over my head. 😛

They mention tickling quite a few times in Family Guy. On the previously un-aired, yet recently aired episode, it has a seinfeld thing:

Jerry talking to George...

Jerry: " So you broke up with her, because she was a tickler?"
George: "A tickler."
Jerry: "And you're not a stickler for a tickler."
George: "Not a stickler for a tickler."
George and Jerry: "Stickler, tickler, stickler, tickler-"

They just keep saying the words together until it ends. It was funny.
