Windows ME to XP Professional

I will soon be upgrading my system from Windows ME to Wondows XP Professional. It will be an UPGRADE and thankfully not having to do a FULL changeover. Now, will I have to reinstall my ISP software?
Will I have to reinstall Yahoo and MSN messengers? What other pain in the ass functions will I have to redo? What will this upgrade entale?
Will I loose my nic's in MSN and Yahoo messengers IF I do have to reinstall them into XP? Will I have a brain implosion by the time I am done with all this crap? OR is it easier than I am thinking and dreading over since it is only an UPgrade from ME to XP?

imm pretty sure that your yahoo names will be saved, not to sure about msn tho, but i would have thought so, cause if you log onto msn or yahoo on another computer the names are on that com to so i dont think its stored on your computer but on the internet.

Thanks for the response. That is what I suspected/thought.

I am pretty sure I would have to reload all of my McAfee stuff. I paid for the serivce I presume I would just have to reinstall it to the XP.
