Woman Served Human Thumb in Salad

[COLOR]While having lunch at Red Robin restaurant near Canton, Ohio, a woman was served a salad with part of a restaurant employee's thumb in it. The woman thought that it was a garnish when it was really a thumb of a worker who accidentally chopped it off while chopping lettuce. The worker was immediately taken to the hospital. The other employees searched for the fingertip but couldn't find it
