Women: Do any actually know how a toilet works?

I've been working at Wal-Mart for the last month, and one of the things I have to do is clean the washrooms. The ones I dread doing the most are the women's washrooms. Every time I go into them, there is toilet paper all around, and all their happy extracts on the toilet seats, floor... sometimes the wall. Then I go to the Men's washroom and there is never a problem at all. Sometimes I don't have to do anything.

Do girls just have it in mind that they think they have to be 'perfect' everywhere else, so they have to go nuts in the washrooms and be as gross as possible?

Someone needs to fill me in on the reasoning behind it. Oh well.

And that's my second thread for the year, so it better last at least one reply. Give or take. Have fun. =)

Hey, I'm with you. I have no clue what the mens room is like, but I hate the fact that many women are apparent pigs in the ladies washroom. Nothing disgusts me more than walking into a stall and seeing someone left the toilet unflushed....often with their nasty business still present. I also love it when they don't clean off the damn seat when their done. I can't even stand that in my own home with my own kids and family, let alone some sloppy stranger in a public restroom. BLECH!

In my experience, the men's bathrooms are at least fairly clean, for the most part. But I do give credit to the women for washing their hands more often than the men do (I ALWAYS wash my hands). 😀

Ok I know what your talking about! I'm in college and One thing that is seriously a problem is the bathroom. The toilets are sometimes not flushed the showers are disgusting and things that should not be left out are. I don't understand why some girls can't clean up after themselves. I myself am not one of them I don't see how hard it is for the other girls that share the bathroom with me to clean up after themselves.
I feel your pain.

Ah, more replies than I expected. Good to hear from the women on the board about this - and the fact that not even you know why it happens scares me. I'm going to work now, wish me luck. 😛

To answer your question....some, but apparently not many do. I hate using public restrooms, even in seemingly nice places. Women just can't seem to get it when they're outside their own home. I'll bet those same disgusting slobs would be all over us if we did the same in their home. I almost always check the seat (actually the entire stall) before using a public restroom. I've regretted the times I haven't checked first. Nine times out of ten, it's a sty...even if it's just been cleaned recently.

Ellen DeGeneres did a routine about this once, where she talked about women squating over the seat. (They don't sit on it because someone MIGHT have gotten it dirty.) Then they wag their ass all over the place as they go. It's for damned sure that the next person has no choice but to either squat themselves or clean the seat before sitting.

Come on, ladies! Let's get real here!

do you think any of those women visit this forum? and damn it i hate to have to wipe the seat before i use it. i mean omg disgusting, totally. i went into a bathroom at target when it was supposedly brand new and almost hurled from the smells and sights alone. god i came back out and said to david i can wait. and i have been in a mans bathroom when younger. a bunch of us were riding around in a van, drinking beer and uh smoking dope. i needed to go really really bad, but naturally the little girls room was taken. so i ventured into the mens, it was a single bathroom and the guys in the van stood outside and kept guard so no other guy would come in. it was clean wowo much cleaner than a womans. and the other thing that gets me, why is there always a frigging line at the womens bathroom? and never mens? i mean go in, take care of your businesss and leave. geesh

Today was pretty good. I only did the bathroom once (and was the only one all day), but luckily it wasn't busy, so the only problem I had was that there was lots of toilet paper all over the place for seemingly no reason whatsoever.

One thing I can say happens more in the men's bathroom is graffiti, though. Graffiti is worse in the long-run, since it always seems to be with permanent marker, and we just don't have anything strong enough to remove it. I tried for over and hour, and like 3 different products (nail polish remover, Varsol (paint thinner), and this "Graffiti Go!" thing that didn't do its job. =P ) While crap and stuff can be cleaned up in a few minutes ... or maybe a half hour depending on how bad it is. So yeah, they'll have to paint over the marker sometime, I guess.

I don't have a problem using public washrooms anymore. I usually get some paper towel if it's around, wet it, and go over the seat once, and then then sit down. I also check around to make sure there's nothing on the walls or floor, on the toilet paper dispenser, or any other part of the toilet, and then I sit down.

Then afterwards I wash my hands for about 5 minutes. =P

heh heh.. I'm a golfer and frequently have to take a leak in the ladies room on the course when the men's head is occupied and I have to go really bad.
I look around for a convenient bush (no stupid jokes ok?) or tree but if none available will venture into the ladies' shitter. Almost always it's less clean than the men's shitter. Us guys like each other, I think women hate each other.
