Thanks for your input. I think most guys see it as more of a novelty, than anything else, especially if they've never seen such a phenomenon in person. All I know is, after being involved for several years with someone who was "bald" down there,it definitely wasn't a novelty for more than a few weeks. After that, I began to long for a bit of undergrowth. But being the loyal person I am, I never strayed. Again, that's just my opinion and everyone is entitled to their own.

This may be a reletively old topic, but it was too yummy to pass up...

As one who absolutely LOVES to indulge in fine dining, I must say that trimmed or shaved is not only very appealing, it also makes it much easier. And guys... if you appreciate the lady doing the same, it doesn't kill ya to "tidy up" down there, takes next to no time at all and it's worth the effort to both of you. And I can verify the increased ticklishness factor as well! Bonus! So I give shaved a whopping three thumbs up! 🙄

And, on a related note... guys, if you enjoy giving your partner as many, ummmm... good times as possible, I HIGHLY recommend a tongue stud. Getting one's tongue pierced hurts less than a trip to the dentist's office, and BOY HOWDY is it ever worth it! I wish I'd gotten this done 20 years ago! 😉

I'm sure there is truth to the comments that say shaving results in added sensitivity "down there". However, my original intention in posting this topic was to seek opinions on the appearance (do you like how it looks, does it turn you off, etc.) of a shaved woman. It seems like there is a slightly higher number of folks in favor of shaved...and that's fine, after all, not everyone likes the same thing. Otherwise, we'd all be driving silver Toyotas. (Imagine trying to find your car in a parking lot if everyone drove the same color and make of car). As for the tongue piercing thing...I think I'll pass on that one. The mere thought of having a needle stuck through my tongue gives me the hebegeebees...

I started out shaving, but then when it grew back OMG! So after that before it grew back I started waxing, now it is a smooth as a baby's butt. 😉 Also more sensative! 😉

And more clean, now I am not trying to start a war, not saying unshaven ladies aren't clean. Whew! Just how I feel, I feel cleaner..does that makes sense?

its all amatter of opinion and taste..I mean I do shave completely..but i do it for the fact that it makes it feel cleaner and since i dont wear underwear too often its nice and then when i do wear underwear and showing off to someone i dont have to have the hairs or my bikini bottoms, but I do not do it for anyone else but me..lol but the 10 year old comment was funny and has some stuff to it..lol

I think it looks nice, and it's nice to the touch, and if you don't like getting hair in your mouth (spit spit), it's a plus...but Ann makes a good point. It ain't for everyone.
As far as it being a 'reminder' that you're having sex with a facsmile of a child, to me, that's utter, total hogwash. You're NOT with a child. To make it perfectly safe for yourself, just go have sex with a 60 year old woman, then. You should be out of danger, and have nothing to worry about.

Yes, it makes perfect sense to me....I prefer to be shaven there and my armpits as well primarily for the same reason...I feel cleaner, neater and more feminine to be honest...as well as the increased ticklishness factor which to me is a nifty, spiffy bonus...lol...I honestly don't enjoy seeing a hairy woman....lots of yummy hair on her head but anywhere else....bleh....Now if I was with someone who hated it I suppose I would do my best to accomodate but he'd have to make it up to me...lol 🙂

lol i actually own a merkin..given to me as a leaving pressie at my old work as they all found out after a few g&t's that i shave downstairs.
i jus prefer the feeling of it..ive shaved since i was 16 or 17 i think..it feels cleaner and its more sensitive. but i dnt know many women who do...i keep pondering whether i should grow it back to see what its like..but maybe that wouldnt be very pleasant!

not clean shaven, but..

for me if the woman is "trimmed" it is great.
no wild, and wooly bush, and not 10 y.o. look.
also as an added benifit, how many of you guys have been tickled by a woman gentely rubbing her trimmed mons on your "tool"? 😱
