Hi My name is Jan and I'm a Moron! LOL
Jeff keep in mind that this time is year can often lead to even more stress than normal. Everyone is rushing about paying little or no attention to other people. It's so sad to see when this should be such a cherished season of joy.
Take time to relax this year. Read a book. Soak in a nice hot tub with bubbles. Walk a dog. Sit and watch the kids and their wide eyed wonder when visiting Santa. Go see all the beautiful lights on the houses. Or just look up at the stars for awhile. It will refresh your soul my friend!
