I never heard of this holiday in my life, but saw it posted on facebook as an advertisement. And as someone into tickling, you know my ears perked up when I read "World laughter day". It seems to really be legit when I checked it out, and there are actual "world laughter day" events scheduled around the country. Talk about your PRIME TIME opportunity to tickle the hell out of people... and with good reason! :xpulcy:

You know, as a tickling community, I'm a wee bit disappointed that we didn't seem to know about this!! 😉 C'mon people, this is OUR christmas!!
 
OH SWEET!!! Really a world laughter day-May 6th huh, what a terrific great time for the NEST staff to plan the event on the weekend following that coming holiday. WOW!!!! That is amazing really incredible!!! I soooo second that!! Oh yes bring it on, world laughter day LOVE it!!! Especially when it comes to bringing on laughter and squirming and wiggling while restrained or not restrained lol. Sooooooooooo LOVE it!!!!!!!!:clap::clap::clap::clap: soo gonna have to mark that on the calendar-find a way to celebrate and commemorate this each year.<<<<----Only sorry to say this but on the calendar-it is not Sunday that marks this day/holiday. It is May 6th on a Wednesday, sooo going to have to celebrate this-that coming weekend after NEST is over in some way or fashion.

Okay, upon second glance I read that it's always the first Sunday in May (so I guess the actual day changes from year to year), I goofed on the number. Thanks Milagros for correcting it. Wouldn't want people running around laughing hysterically on the wrong day! :jester:

That brings up a good question though (which I direct to the founders of NEST) - Did you guys pick the NEST weekend dates to celebrate World laughter day or is it just a freak coincidence? Some phenomenal coincidence if that's the case!!
 
World Laughter Day is EVERYDAY! With what's going on lately You need to laugh everyday and that's my take on this ... :clap::clap::clap:
