I wonder if a model would ever sue a tickling site and not feel embarassed in court , sorry i cant spell embarass
sorry i cant spell embarass
Spellcheck does exsist.
And yes, they can, and have. Remember Tickleslaves?
A model is a professional and if it involved money im sure they would be ok with the court thing lol. I dunno if I would...probably be a litttttle embarrassed about it hahaha.
Hahahaha why would you say that? I do at times lmao.
Sounds like there is a story to be heard here. Care to share ?

If its my birthday I wont pay but if its just a regular night i'll pay for some of them lol.
Tickleslaves was a guy producing non con tickling videos, which didn't last very long. The models were hired to do bondage videos, no mention was made of tickling. The models wouldn't find out untill they were strapped down and the camera was running, and the fellow would proceed to tickle them for over an hour against their will. He produced some seven videos, (Miranda keeps coming up in the discussion threads here,) when the models joined forces and took him to court. I never heard the results of the hearings, but the videos and the rights ended up with Tickling Paradice, and no more were ever made.
Another low blow, the newspaper article referred to the models as hookers, which didn't make sense.
I don't understand the question! WHY exactly would a model sue?

Off the top of my head, I can think of a few situations... mostly contract violations. Like, if the producer has the model sign a release that says the footage can only be used in certain ways and the producer uses said footage in other ways that the model never consented to.
Or, if that stunt the TickleSlaves clown pulled was real, then the models were well within their rights to take him to court...
