Would this be the most horrible situation ever

Ok say someone decided to just for fun put an envelope attached to a balloon and in the envelope was a letter that stated the following:
All my life I feel I have been alone, see most people enjoy certain things when it comes to sex but for me I enjoy being tickled, I mean I just get the chills and shake just thinking about it. I long to be tied naked spread eagle and I have had times wanted to be the one being tickled as well. The thing is though I feel like there is nobody else in the whole world who is like me, nobody else who shares my interest. The wierd thing is I wish someone would start like you know gatherings for people who like to be tickled and love tickling. That would be a fun thing to do, give people a chance to burn off steam. Here is my picture (then have there be a picture in the envelope have it look like your dream ticklee or ler) and my name is Chris(I picked a name that could be male or female for this scenariou) Smith is my last name(I picked the most common last name I could find for this scearniou). I almost put my address and phone number in the envelope, but really is really one really going to SHARE MY INTEREST, I mean come on, I just needed someone to listen being I am sitting here all alone and naked right now.

You find the balloon, it lands in your lap literally when you are sitting in a park somewhere. The next moment one of your friends from the forum is calling your cell phone. What is the first thing you say when you answer the phone and would you be too mad to talk to anyone right now?
