I would have to say I prolly wouldnt be able to do that to a perfect stranger. I mean the closest Ive gotten to that is tickling somone who was in a group of friends of mine that I had just met no more than 20 mins earlier. I actually have a true story I posted a few years ago about tickling this one girl I had met on the greyhound bus when I was on my way home from college on break.

While tickling for me is context specific (it can be friendly and innocent, or flirtatious, or sexual depending on subject and circumstance), tickling a total stranger has about as much appeal to me as tickling a side of beef. It's all about the connection. I'd have to know them (and like them) at least a little. Add to it the ethics matter of nonconsent (and not even the possibility thereof), and it's a definite no-go for me.

strike up a conversation with a guy I met in Philly while
a bunch of us were out, and ended up sitting with him at
the bar next door, chatting with him for a while, and then
