Okay. While I still insist that in an "objective" sense the act is "what it is" regardless of the motive or "feeling" involved for the "doer", I won't argue how you felt/feel about it, since obviously no one would know that better than yourself.
Otherwise, without going into detail here, I'll confess to having done "worse" things than that being discussed here when I was a kid, but fortunately outgrew such compulsions by the time I was old enough to possibly get into more serious trouble for them.
You're right--it is what it is, and it's really not that big a deal. For myself, however, I set more stringent guidelines mostly because I'm dealing with issues from sexual abuse and because of that, I'm extra careful about crossing that line. But that's just me, and I don't look down on anybody that doesn't follow the same strict standards.
