Haha, no. It sounds heavenly because you'd only be tickled by people you'd want to be tickled by, without having to worry about pissing/shitting your pants, becoming "too old", or the lers getting bored, tired or hungry. That part, I like.

Nonetheless, I'd have to decline. I like my sleep, food, music, card games, friends, etc. and I would miss them very much. I'm also the sort of person who'd need rest breaks when being tickled, and laughing for a long time sounds painful. I'd also worry that my "exact copy" would be fucking things up in the real world.

You wouldn't be held back by knowing you'd never be able to tickle someone else ever again and would now be lee only for all eternity?

Anything eternal that is physical would never really be pleasing anymore
From a neurological standpoint it is impossible to be tickled forever and still be ticklish. You'd get so used to the sensations and your nerves would be so overstimulated that they just wouldn't feel anything anymore, no matter how often you switch body parts. It may actually become irritable, like Aeveirra pointed out. Something you loved would become something you hate, simply because it is non stop.
If it was a specified amount of time, say not an eternal hell but a "punishment hell" to teach you a lesson by making it just long enough that it would be unbearable but just short enough that it wouldn't ruin it for you.
For the record, as someone who becomes turned on by tickling or being tickled ... id want a break not only to breathe or do something different ... but also to do some special stuff, and that's not involved either bc in hell you don't get any pleasure. Which is sad 🙁

One solution might be a virtual reality device. Although far away from our present technology, it ought to be possible to make something that feeds sensory input directly to the brain, a la matrix. When we are advanced enough to make such a thing, we will most likely also be able to make it slow down subjective time for the user.

So you load up for one hour you have spare, set it to a say a year and then experience a year of tickle hell, or whatever it is you want to experience.

This raises a problem - assuming that such devices are possible to make at all, it would be no problem to temporarily make the user unaware they were in a simulation. If such devices are made, each user will presumably use it many times in their life. For every real person there will be more than one simulated life per real life.

Since there is no reason to suppose such devices cannot be made and since there are at least several simulated lives per real life, your life is most likely simulated. 😛
