I've playfully tickled a couple of pregnant young women (back in my younger days).....and the only difference I could tell is they both seemed more ticklish.

While I never tickled her, my stepsis said her hubby tickled her when she was pregnant (he tickles her all the time), and she said the same thing...while pregnant, even a foot massage sent her into hysterical laughter (being pregnant made her even more sensitive to tickling than usual).
