We’ve been discriminated against since the beginning of time, but our time is coming. :mhorns::mhorns::mhorns::mhorns:

The revolution is almost upon us, and will begin as soon as we can find someone willing to start making left-handed weapons. :cry1:

My son is a southpaw, the only one in our family. His son is now giving some indications that he may turn out to be one as well--seems like he tends to reach for things left first.

An interesting sidenote: I read someplace that it's been noted there's a higher incidence of left-handedness in children born by C-section. Both my son and his son were C-sec babies, which lends a bit of credence to that claim for me, anyway.

I know that back in the day, kids were strongly and at times physically discouraged from favoring their left because the parents feared the child would be treated as a "freak"--sometimes parents would go so far as to tie the child's left hand behind them to force them to use the right. My maternal uncle dealt with something like that, he had his hand slapped every time he reached for anything with his left until he would only use his right. However, higher incidence of stuttering and other developmental issues were supposed to have come from enduring that kind of treatment.

They say southpaws also tend to be more creative, too, which Crystal pretty much proves. 😉

Right-handers want us left-handers to THINK that being left-handed sucks......they're just jealous 😉

Originally i was pure ambidextrous but it drove my teachers insane in grade school. I was strongly encouraged to use my right hand so now i tend to favor that side when writing and drawing, but i tend to smoke, drink and paint with my left.

I am left handed too and think there's nothing wrong with it. :wavingguy

You can make right hand turns on red

You cant do that on lefts

RIGHT HAND RULES

I'm stuck in the middle, I'm both left and right handed

Being a lefty definately sucks, the world is made for righty. I hate trying to sign those digital signature things at the grocery store. The ones where you slide your credit/debit card and it asks for a signature.

I gotta admit those mess with me too.

I enjoy being left handed.

Biggest problem is smudging when I write.

And, I wanted to do calligraphy when I was younger and the craft stores had NO left handed pens.

That blew goats.

lefty here....

people would always act shocked when they found out that i'm left handed......silly right handed weirdos
