She recently got head to toe plastic surgery, completely changing her appearance. She doesn't even resemble her old self. She looks like a freaking Barbie Doll. Only 23 years old and she feels a need to look perfect. :banghead:

I was made fun of when I was younger, and so I had insecurities, especially after I moved to L.A. People said I had a "Jay Leno chin"; they'd circle it on blogs and say nasty things. It bothered me. And when I watched myself on The Hills, my ears would be sticking out likle Dumbo! I just wanted to feel more confident and look in the mirror and be like, "Whoa! That's me!" I was an ugly duckling before.

She was beautiful before. I don't like her; she's just a wannabe celebrity, but I feel sorry for her if she thought she looked ugly before. :sowrong:
 
Women are obsessed with their appearance. I could say the same thing about Hayden Panettiere who just dyed her hair bleached blond hair to red. 😵 Yuck!

As much as I hate to admit it, I thought she was hot as a blond. Personally, I think brunettes are naturally more attractive.

I feel really sorry for her. She must have self esteem issues that border on obsession and paranoia. I mean, she was super pretty... then she got a boob-job, okay fine I guess... but then she got ANOTHER one plus everything else in the plastic surgeon's handbook?

I don't even know what to say.

Plus, I personally think that the "before" shot in the above image is way more appealing.
 
For that matter, I think all that surgery has made her look older than she is. I don't begrudge anyone that wishes to have a procedure or two done, but I strongly believe that in her case, it's overkill.

Uh. It's just a hair dye man. Happens all the time. No biggie. Dyeing your hair can be fun, doesn't necessarily mean she's obsessed with their appearance. I know women who've done it outta boredom. Could've even been for a role.

As for as the OP goes, it's sad she has those issues but, if she feels better about herself now, oh well, good for her.

Too bad about Lindsay Lohan though. Those new lips look like she ate a raft.
 
She looked just fine in the "Before" picture. I guess vanity knows no bounds. Sigh.
 
I never really liked her. But she was beautiful. Given that she is wicked religious i am floored that she would even THINK about getting surgery. Anyone that watched "i'm a celebrity get me outta here" knows how she was all with the praying and whatnot. One would think this kind of thing would not sit well with someone who believes they were "created in the image and likeness of God".

Even more unbelieveable then all that is the fact she flatly said in an interview "It's not like i had 10 procedures done" and "I'm not obsessed with plastic surgery". When the interviewer said "You did have 10 procedures done" she replied "No, i only had two. One was just my nose and the second was a bunch of things all at once".

In the grand scheme of things, she's a nobody. I just found this whole thing completely sad because she was pretty before and didn't need to change a thing. It's sad that she thinks she needs to have plastic surgery in order to reach "perfection". :sowrong:

I'm not a big fan of her's but I find it sad that she felt the need to "improve" herself so much. Oh well. If it makes her happy..................
 
Whoa, this really threw me. I've dabbled in watching The Hills from time to time and I must admit, to me, she was stunning back then.

I was honestly flawed seeing how different she looks after the surgery. I mean she looks great, but is she really any better than before? Her boob job is over the top IMO and for such a skinny girl to be having liposuction on her thighs and stomach is sending a terrible message to the youth of the world that watch her program.

Like Nem says, she barely even resembles her old self. It just leaves you feeling....eerie
