I am really enjoying cm punk and michael cole as commentators. Punk says alot of inside jokes and the banter between him and josh matthews is great.

Its the whole "character" turn for him, when he was commentating he was great, I seriouly enjoyed him. But now this whole Miz man love thing is really getting irratating, and the heel turn just isnt working with me personally.

He just need to be Michael Cole before character and just do what he does best, call the action.

The whole heel commentator turn worked better for Jonathon Coachman than it did for Micheal Cole.

And yeah, C M Punk is very entertaining calling the action.

I always thought of Cole as the nerdy fan boy sort of guy. He was just so "Gosh Darn" happy to be part of the industry, and he did that part of it well. Personally I simply can't see him as the bad guy.

It's not a suttle thing, its over the top man love for the Miz, its being smug and arrongant reading quotes from the GM, and like Edge said being a total tool.

He's just trying way to hard to sell himself as a bad guy and it just doesnt work, he's like te nerd at school who's going to call out the school bully and talk a tough game knowing he's going to get killed it just doesnt work.

What it needs to be is this:
Michael Cole: Face commentary
Jerry "The King" Lawler: Doing what he's been doing nothing needs to change there
CM Punk: Heel Commentary: does a better job and is more belivable

Lets also not forget his constant harping on Daniel Bryan when he comes out. I mean, anyone who saw the Bryan-Jack Swagger match at the Old School Raw awhile back knows how irritating it was hearing him bitch and moan when JR was taking his old role back for one match. Its gotten to the point where I'm almost begging Josh Matthews to replace Cole...cause he did a good job replacing him when Randy RKO'd Cole out of there.

The harping on Daniel Bryan I will admit is getting very old very fast, but you have to remember most of it is a bit, remember he and Bryan had a run in during NXT so I think that's what the carry over is.

The best moments on RAW involving Michael Cole:
1. Getting RKO'd by Randy Orton
2. Him stopping Jerry Lawler's fist with his face during the match with the Miz
3. Edge calling him, and I quote: "A Total Tool!"

I understand its a bit, but the bit has worn out its welcome very very fast. But I was unaware of the run-in at NXT, I would like footage if at all possible?

And I dunno about that, I think Edge calling him "A total tool" last week is my number 1, with the RKO running a close second.
