In the future, do you think you could convert these images to .jpg? Sometimes .bmp files don't work for people, plus they're much larger than .jpg which is the proper extension for photos anyways. 🙂

Paint shop pro will do it under batch conversion. or when you save the immage click on the pull down under file type and see if it has jpg or Jpeg as an option. or use a capture then save as you wish either jpeg or gif.
