she has on shoes with socks over them.. look at the toe area it is so obvious
 
I would have said socks but I'm confused now because of the post above me. I'm pretty sure she just has socks on. Why would she be wearing socks over shoes?
 
Those cute green and white things are legwarmers over her wrestling boots.
Check the heel, notice that her heels aren't rounded like she were barefoot, but angled like she was wearing shoes.
