WWE NXT Season 3

Anyone else picking up on the fact that NXT this season has become a weekly roast of NXT. It was never a highly rated show when it was on TV but both Cole and Josh Matthews continually mock the show, the contestants and the entire format. It varies from funny to formulaic to downright off putting at times.
I'm not a big fan of the format as the victor is predetermined but it is an hour a week for dumb fun.

Do you think there will be a season 4?

I think I remember reading that SyFy isn't picking it up for another season and they may do it on the WWE website if they can't find a home for it on TV.

I think so. they are getting some decent talent from it.

NXT really isnt a bad idea and concept, they just did it wrong.

The superstars are still character and gimmic mode when the show starts, it not really a behind the scenes look as much as it is testing new talent for a crowd reaction.

How is it Wade Barrett and Kaval wins there seasons, yet Alex Reily, Harris and McGillicuty, and most of nexus are in the WWE? What they should do is what they advertise it as, take the superstars out of character mode and really have them mentor the young stars, would love to see the Miz or CM Punk really work with the rookies instead of promoting themselves and there storylines?

All NXT is a reason to test new talent nothing more or nothing less, to fix it, just pull the curtain back and let us really see the process.

Probably not. On the other hand, Tough Enough is rumored to come back.

I was talking to my buddy at the hobby shop, and he told me that this (past?) season of NXT had some talented women wrestlers, but they still had them doing the same dumb shit they had the girls in the Diva search do. What a waist of time.
