I would advise anyone reading this to buy nothing from this site. I ordered a video a month ago which never came and he does not answer his e-mail. I have a friend who I trade with that had the same problem. AVOID LAUGHING GAS LIKE THE PLAGUE

Excuse me, but if you have an issue, you take it up with the webmaster (that's me), not the forum. I know exactly who you are and I told you that I had personally mailed your order out. I also followed up stating that a replacement would be mailed out, so your public complaint is in very bad form. Also, do not "name" anonymous complaintants that i cannot acknowledge or refute. The site's policy has always been to replace or refund a lost or damaged order. As the webmaster, I take care of every single customer, personally. Howver, unlike the previous webmasters, I'm not going to grab my ankles and bend over. In the future, keep it civil.
