I watched it. You aren't missing much. It appears to be some sort of game show (I vaguely remember Xuxa from when I was a kid). Sadly, the girl wasn't ticklish at all. Didn't even so much as crack a smile. Still, if you're into seeing completely non-ticklish women have their feet licked by a goat, then it might be worth a viewing I guess.

That's a pretty new episode to me(from 1994,and in surprising mint condition),for Xuxa also did this goat licking feet scenario two more times with two other short haired ladies(one younger,the other older),but both of them were also non-ticklish,with those two clips floating around somewhere on YT.

Man, that's disappointing. You'd think they would at least ask the contestants before hand if they were ticklish or not before choosing them. I mean, it's not even a fair challenge if they're not ticklish.
