For all of you who wondered about the context of this great scene, there's a version with English subtitles. If you really want to understand the background, I recommend you go a little backwards, from around 2:04:15 and watch the relevant parts (basically any of the parts where that actress is on) until the tickling itself which starts, as was stated by the Op at 2:18:25.
