No. I don't go to church (I do pray though) so I don't feel it's right to go only on the big holidays (I believe either you should go regularly or don't).

No, I have fluctuations upward around my birthday, Passover, and Thanksgiving. Then I need to lose it back.

Yes, but only if I am able to function fairly well.

Yes, on the female side. My mother lived to age 96 and my grandmothers to 98 and 91.
No, on the male side. My father died at 79 and my grandfathers at 65 and 75.

Did your grandparents live into their 90's?

No they didn't. My grandfathers lived into their 70s and my grandmothers lived into their 80s.
