I found this web site - http://www.barthsburgery.com - where you can download episodes of "You Can't Do That On Television." If you download the episode called "Fame," it has the scene where Lisa makes fun of Christine and then in retaliation, she grabs her foot and tickles it.

It's about 20:40 mins into the episode. Very short scene, but just thought people would like to know.
