I don't think it would be too smart to have an entire house for tickling, though, sweetie. That, I bet, would violate a few state and federal laws. 😉
However, a fully equipped basement is a good thing. Here's what I'm thinking.
As you get to the bottom of the stairwell that leads down into the basement, nothing but bondage equipment is down there. The basement is the same size as the foundation, and it's "finished" in that the walls are painted/wallpapered, and there's a small bathroom in one corner.
At the bottom of the stairs, which come down into the center of the basement, against the wall across from them, an X frame is bolted onto the wall. Velcro straps are embedded securely into the wood, where a victim's ankles, knees, thighs, hips, biceps, elbows, and wrists would be (given an average female height). The straps are adjustible to accomodate different size and height victims. It is flat against the wall, defaulting to a position that rests it against the floor so that a tickle torture volunteer would only have to stand up against it, but after being securely strapped in, the frame can be lifted via a pulley system embedded in the wall, giving access to the feet of the ticklee after being lifted.
Assuming you're standing at the bottom of the stairs, looking at the X frame, in front of you and to the left, in the corner of the basement, is a rectangular frame made of PVC piping. The frame is roughly eight feet long by four feet wide. Stretched across it is a very thin, black, rubbery latex material. It has a zipper on one of the longer sides, running the length of the frame, with an air seal around it so that air may not escape through the teeth of the zipper. A small hole is cut in one side of the latex, about three feet down the long side, in the center of the short side, right where one's mouth would be if they were to lay inside the frame. A vaccum is attatched with a tub to the very corner of the frame, allowing the air to be sucked out of the frame. Ticklees wishing to play with this toy are required to disrobe to their boxers/panties/etc. at the very least, however removal of said clothing is optional and often encouraged. The zipper is opened, the victim lays inside the latex, and it is sealed and the air is vaccumed out of the frame. The latex forms an unbreakable seal around the victim, immobilizing them and leaving everything covered by the thin material. The hole rests over their mouth allowing for speech, breathing, laughter, screaming, and moaning. This particualr piece of equipment is more suited to erotic play than tickling, given the tendency of the latex to diminish tickling sensations, but amplify vibrations.
Along the next wall, caddycorner to the X frame, is a long padded bench. It is not much more than that. The bench is about eight feet long and one and ahalf feet wide. The entire surface of the bench is plushly padded with down covered with soft leather. The bench itself sits at a default position of three feet off the floor, held up by a metal arm that leads into the wall. This arm is on a track, allowing the bench to be lifted by another pulley system similar to that on the X rame assembly, the access ropes available on the wall next to the track. The bench itself can rotate 360 degrees in a propeller motion, allowing anyone bound securely enough to the bench to be flipped to a standing position, on their head, or facing the floor, depending on the mood of the ler. The bench can lock in any position at intervals of 10 degrees, with a thick bolt at the connecting arm that secures it in it's position.
In the next corner is the bathroom. It simply houses a standing bathtub/shower, toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet with a mirror on the front cover. The medecine cabinet contains everything you would find in any bathroom, including plenty of advil and tylenol.
Along the wall behind the staircase, directly across from the X frame, is a table that stands roughly waist height. The top of the table is padded in a similar fashion to the bench previously noted. Embedded in the table and coming up through seams in the padding are four pairs of velcro adjustable straps, for the backs of the knees and the ankles. The table itself is bolted directly and securely to the floor. The table sits about three feet away from the wall, leaving plenty of room for one to walk behind it. Above the table, secured to a bolt in the stud of the ceiling, are a pair of hand bondage gloves. The gloves have laces for an adjustable fit to any hand/wrist size, and the gloves themselves hang from an adjustable chain that can be lifted or lowered to any height, within three feet from the table's surface. The ticklee kneels on the table, and their knees and ankles are secured with the velcro straps, the feet of the victim hanging comfortably over the edge of the padding for full access. The straps are arranged so that the kneeling victim's legs may be bound to the table spread widely from each other, or together, this the four pairs of straps instead of two. Under the table, ten small leather pouches hang from strings similar to piano wire. The pouches can be placed over each of the victim's toes, then the wires tightened to pull the toes back comfortably and without cutting off circulation, pulling the soles of the victim taut and rendering the victim helpless against any sole torture.
In the next corner, across from the Latex frame assembly, is a small relax area. Two couches face the corner where a 56" HDTV sits with a DVD player and VCR, and a small minibar between the two couches. Along the all a large refridgerator keeps some small snacks and non alchoholic drinks, with the bottom shelf reserved for several bottles of chloroform, a chemical capable on knocking out any human being within a matter of seconds if inhaling it's fumes.
The next wall has a classic set of stocks, with two pairs of holes, one to keep ankles held together, another to spread the legs. A bench stretches back from the ankle-restraints for the ticklee to sit on, and a wooden extension stands up with a hook and cuffs attatched to the top, for the victims ankles. Simple, yet classic and VERY effective.
The last corner, to the right of the X frame, houses not a tickle torture device, but a sexual pleasure device for female participants. Describing this is difficult. It's curved the way a recliner is when in it's reclining position, and those who sit in it lay back with their legs up on the legrests. The feet of the victim dangle off the end of the device, and the victim is strapped into the device at the ankles, thighs, waist, biceps, and wrists. This is for the safety of the device and the rider. The arms are held over the victime's head, against the top of the device. It's called a sexual pleasure device for a good reason. A female victim is strapped into this device, wearing nothing from the waist down (upper body clothing is optionalbut discouraged). Between the legs of the victim there is a mechanical arm that moves back and forth. On the end of the arm is a vibrator. It can be detatched for cleaning or to use a different size, depending on the preferences or size of the victim to be pleasured. The arm moves back and forth and thrusts the vibrator in and out of the womanhood of the victim in the device. Although this particular device is mostly used for those who find bondage to be the most erotic, arousing thing, it can also be used for vicious torture. A digital timer is embedded in the side of the device, well out of reach of a bound participant. The device can be turned on or off at will, however, if one decides to use the timer, they can set it for any amount of time in half hour increments, and the machine cannot be turned off until the timer reaches zero, from the time it is activated. Those who are either extremely hard to please, or those who are cruel and force/trick a victim into being put into this device, can set the timer for two, three hours or more, and enjoy the begging and pleading of a multiply orgasmic victim writhing helplessly. Not to mention it leaves the victim open to any forms of tickle torture or other teasing/abuse the torturer desires to impliment.
Underneath the staircase in the center of the room is a storage box. Contained within are many toys for use on the assorted equipment in the room. It holds five blindfolds, six rubber ball gags, a roll of duct tape, assorted small and medium whips, paddles, etc., several assorted sizes and types of vibrators and other sexually stimulating equipment, a plethora of feathers, several rolls of seran wrap, electric toothbrushes, Sonicares, acrilic fingernail kits (for those who enjoy torturing flesh with sharp impliments of tickledoom), amongst other miscelaneous things that tortures and torturees contribute. Above the storage bin, mounted to the underside of the staircase, is a media closet. It contains twp tripods, two digital camera, two camcorders, and several video tapes for recording.
