You’re the jury: Case, Air Trans vs screaming child on plane

Well I was not there to see what happened on the plane, so I don't know.
I don't imagine kicking the family off the plane was a fun choice for anyone.
If I had been one of the passengers, I probably would have disagreed with that family having to leave. I know what brat-ass kids are like.

I do know this - when our kid was a toddler, he was a serious pain in the ass. We never would have taken him on a plane to begin with. We would have been the family in this story. He finally calmed down a little later than normal, but he is cool now.

Parents really need to assess the stiuation before going anywhere or doing anything when they have small kids. Is it really a good idea? Will the child ruin the experience for others? Ours would have, so we just didn't go a lot of places.

My children were 7 & 10 before I ever put them on a plane; much older than a three-year old toddler. I thought it was necessary for them to be older they would have a better experience. My daughter (now 17) has flown and traveled more than I have and she's pretty good at it. My son is better with bus travel and will probably not go overseas again, but he had a great time.

I can definitely agree with you on this. At least you're a parent and have some experience and know your child.
