I decided to make this a new thread..Has anyone ever used tickling on a regular basis to make someone you know is ticklish do things for you? Sort of like yr own tickle slave?

No and I wouldn't.
I have heard of cases where it has become a form of abuse to either make people do things, or stop people from doing things.
Obviously if it were in a playful manner and you only did it once in a blue moon, e.g: "Pass me the magazine or I'll tickle you.", which I assume you were talking about then thats perfectly acceptable by me.
If its the extreme like I spoke about above then its just plain cruel...although I grant, is much better than hitting but still unacceptable. 🙂
