Thanks much. Yeah, the binding beams were meant to be rather focused in tying up certain spots. ^^

The toe position stuff is mostly due to the beams restraining them in certain (spread or curled together) ways.

Eh, I didn't really have a tale planned out for this one. Just a bit high-tech bondage (the beams) combined with tickles from one of the few 'footy' Nintendo characters. Tickling Samus, of course. You're free to think up whatever background for it, though.
