for the past couple of weeks i have been running pretty much 5 days a week. but this past weekend (friday, saturday, sunday, AND monday) i did not run. and all of the sudden i started to feel...crappy. i didn't want to do anything, i felt like shit and basically i was just: blah.
well i ran again today and now i feel 100x better! like the endorphins are just running through me! obviously running is my therapy and i never really thought about it like that before. i always thought, "okay, time to go exercise." but never as a means to just..clear my head.
