So... That was pretty much 2009, just one more night left. I have accepted a challenge by ParanoidChant regarding who can have the most epic New Year's Eve, but before I head out I just want to get serious for a moment.
I delurked one year ago, almost to the day, and I wish to thank everyone for not only being part of my life since then, but also for changing that life so fundamentally. As I head into 2010 I do so as an entirely new person compared to who I was at the start of 2009. My views and outlooks on life have changed greatly, and while I might not have matured much (😉) I have a much more positive attitude and approach to life in general.
You have all been a great source of inspiration and hope, and I can't even begin to name all of you by name. But you all know who you are, I am sure.
So, to all my friends here, and those who I have yet to get to know better, I wish you all a happy and prosperous new year. You are the most fucking magnificent group of people I have ever met!
