I usually (lately) get it out of the way during the "flirting" stage.
It's usually pretty easy, just wait until they tickle you and say "I friggin' LOVE that feeling.."
Never had a negative response, ever.
Usually they respond with something along the lines of "That's cute" or "That's adorable" or "My ex-boyfriend never let me tickle him!".
I've even had one case of "Me too!" and another ex-girlfriend who flirtaciously said "One day I'm going to get you bad, we'll see how you like it then.."
On the "Ler" side, it's give or take whether you'll find someone ok with being tickled, but getting tickled is as easy as can be.
You can even "engineer" it easily, "play pout" and make a grumpy face at times and say "I don't feel like smiling, and you can't make me".
110% of the time, if they know you like being tickled, they'll tickle you.
Flash foward to minor arguements over stupid things, most girls I've been with will afterwards resort to using it to "break the ice", etc..
Easy as pie, it's not the most threatening thing out there by far.
P.S. The "Me too" girl actually looked up the TMF while Googling and sent it to me like "Look what I found! This is awesome!"
I blushed beet red and was like "Um..wow! Yeah! I totally haven't been creepin' there since I was 16! Good find!"
