I don't know why others like to tickle feet more than any other part of the body, but for me personally I love to tickle feet both in nylons or bare more than other areas because I have a foot fetish for female feet along with my more intense tickling fetish. Actually, I think sides/stomach are the most 'obvious' targets, to those who aren't into tickling/feet/armpits/whatever. I mean consider that they're generally always vulnerable and easy to access, and how often people give others casual tickles there. Atleast from my experience this is so.

Personally, I think this is no more of a choice than what sex you were born, what color eyes you have, your height. I think it's "pre-wired" for the most part.
