Dear Flocky, over here in the UK we have a thing called "Google". It may not have reached the US yet but when its does, all you have to do is what we call "copy and paste" (using a "mouse") the names in to "Google". As if by magic, "Google" will answer your query.

I thought the thread asked for peoples favourite bands, it was not entitled, "Name bands or musicians that Flock of seagulls has heard of"

Talk about putting words in people's mouth. But since you're asking, I think there's value because one of them wrote the Frasier theme song, and I wholeheartedly enjoy that show.
