I don't think that Methrobium knows much about management of subordinates and morale. 😛

I've heard that all he serves at his meetings is SoaP (s*** on a plate). 😱
 
No coffee, no tea, and no milk. The only beverage he serves is molten sulfur. 😱

I've heard that anybody at Methrobium's meetings who refuses to eat the SoaP or to drink the molten sulfur is considered to have insulted Methrobium. That is not a healthy thing to do, to insult him. 😀 😛
