No reviews yet? ME FIRST! Bought it loved it. It is amazing that I never thought of how similar minded Scav and Deeto are. I mean I have every E-comic from both of these guys and just realized how sensual, sexual, and similar their tickling styles are. Now take Deeto's amazing writing along with Scav's fantastic artwork and out comes another tickle epic. The color is very captivating. That was probably the first thing I noticed. The tickle talk was amazing as well. The begging was great, but the girls that refused to give in to their captors I think made the dialog that much sweeter. We all know Scav is definitely known for his double sized e-comic epics with loads of tickle action exploding off the page, now, combine that with Deeto's intricate, emotional, and very effen sexy story and you have a comic easily due for a Golden Feather Award nomination.

I have recently become a big fan of upperbody tickling so I was pretty ecstatic to see so much underarm and boobs getting tickled. For you belly ticklers out there, there is a pretty good amount of tummy tickling as well. And of course for you foot tickle lovers lots of close ups and even girls getting tickled by feet.

You guys have brought so much life to this universe. Keep it going!

So all in all easily worth the 16 bucks.

Brilliant - if it could be two thumbs up it would be!

Great story and fantastic artwork. Here's hoping that Bandito and Scavenger can continue this collaboration, as well as their own equally brilliant projects, and keep showing us more from the TIS universe.

This is easily the greatest, most erotic tickle comic yet produced. The writing is stupendous; a great story that never stops. The art is overwhelming, THE standard to which all other tickle comics must aspire to.

VoQ is what a tickle comic SHOULD be, and most fail to even come close to. There's tickling on the cover, the first page of the story is tickling, and it's non-stop girl-on-girl tickling through the whole thing. Naked, sexual, intense, pleasurable tickling. Page after page after page of it. No cruelty, no abuse; just pleasure and erotic tickling.

Bandito and Scavenger are the Kings of the erotic tickle fetish comics/novels. None other comes close, none. Others need to take a good lesson from VoQ, in all respects; from writing quality to art quality to sheer *quantity* of pages.

This is what it's ALLLLLLLLL about. :woot:

Get your copy as soon as you can.

Bought this...need time to savor it before commenting in earnest.

Rage: Thanks man! 🙂 I'm very happy to hear you enjoyed it! 🙂 And what a great review!
Color was an important stylistic element, and I consciously opted for a blue color scheme to reflect the otherworldly alieness of Qadesh. "Tickle talk" is a very important element too, and not only does it enhances the tickling scenes, it also keeps the story going parallel to the tickling action. And I very much agree with you on how intricate and emotional the story is that Bandito wrote for this comic. He is one incredibly talented writer (every bit as much as he is an incredibly talented artist 🙂 ) and I found the story to be so amazing that I didn't want to cut anything out of it, so that's why it turned into a 33 pages long comic, the largest single comic I ever did the art for! 😀 And yes, as always I wanted to mix in all sorts of tickling. I am a foot fan myself, but I do like some upperbody tickling from time to time as well. And it is a nice change of pace every now and then, being a foot lover, I of course greatly enjoy drawing toes and soles, but the artist in me wants something else every now and ten as well, I want to give myself new artistic challenges. And in the mean time, I can please the fans. 🙂

Tomato_Dragon: Thanks man! 🙂

jypsyjones: Thank you for the awesome comments! I really appreciate them! 🙂

TickleFur: Haha, I knew you'd love it! (who do you think gave me the inspiration to include those fur blankets, huh? 😉 ) And seriously, "Kings of the erotic tickle fetish comics/novels", that's one incredibly awesome compliment! Thanks, my friend! 🙂 🙂

meangry: Thank you! I'll love to hear about what you think of the comic! 🙂

Hey guy and gals:

Sorry for the late reply...it's been a nutty 2010 so far, as I'm sure it has been for all of y'all as well.

I just wanted to pop on real quick and say thanks so much. VEIL OF QADESH has been tremendously successful, and as someone who played a little part in this momentous project, I just wanted to really say thanks. I know that most of the folks who buy these comics don't post feedback, or make a lot of noise on the forums, so I just wanted you to know how much your support really does mean to us. The fact that you contribute your hard earned cash is a huge compliment, and it is greatly appreciated.

Rage: Dude...it's guys like you that make me want to continue doing what I do. You are amazing, and I've always truly appreciated your support, and your input. You're so right that Scav is extraordinary in the generosity of his comics...and VOQ might be the most generous ever. I also happen to think that VOQ is his sexiest comic ever. Something about the incredible continuing progression of his skills as an artist and the way the TIS gals turn against each other in this project makes for sensationally hot tickle action.

Thanks again for your wonderful feedback. You rock, my friend.

TD: I realize that your kind words were intended for my talented partner in crime...the mighty Scavenger...but I wanted to say thanks for the comment, amigo.

JJ: Thank you so much, my friend. And thanks also for the PM! I am so so SOOOOO glad that you enjoyed VOQ. A lot of love and late nights went into it...and Scav and I are thrilled that you like the result. Cheers, buddy.

Ticklefur: The greatest ever produced?? Shit. How do we top that? LMAO. Thanks for the overly kind words, my friend. As a HUGE contributor to the TIS universe, it's wonderful to hear that you enjoyed VEIL OF QADESH and the dozens of pages of tickling hotness contained therein. With all of the amazing artists and writers in our community I certainly can't say that VOQ sets the bar...but I can say that I think Scavenger did a spectacular job on this project, and that the art in this comic is among my very favorite that I have ever seen, and that I had so much fun working with him on this. Thanks again for your kind words, TF...and for all of your amazing help on the TIS series.

Meangry: Thanks so much for the support, amigo. I really truly appreciate it, and look so forward to your input. I hope you enjoyed VOQ.

Scavenger: No...I'm not replying to your reply. LMAO. But I did want to take a moment to publicly thank you once again for working with me on this project. You are an incredible artist, and I can't find the words to tell you how impressed I am, and continue to be with your work. The illustrations you created for VEIL OF QADESH are so sexy, so erotically charged, that they are literally among the best erotic artwork I have ever seen. Not only is the final comic a masterpiece because of your talent, hard work, and limitless passion, but it has been one of the most challenging, wonderful, inspiring, and enjoyable projects I have ever been a part of.

You amaze me.

Thank you for your indomitable spirit, for your tremendous skill and creativity, and for your cherished friendship. I hope we can make a hundred more of these together. Okay...how about fifty. LMAO.

Thanks, Scav. Thanks for everything.

And another huge thanks to all of you that take the time to watch our stuff, give us your amazing feedback, and share your hard-earned moolah with us.

More to come,

Trust me XD

The Deeto

Bandito: Well, I will reply to your reply! 😉 Thank you so much, my good friend, not just for those kind words but more importantly for the continuous support, feedback and friendship that made the production of this project possible. 🙂

Superb! I will be back for a very substantial feedback (because I won't rush what I have to say). This great comic needs to be described with justice LOL. Again I say....superb!

To those who haven't bought it yet... I won't make you drool further, but never ever miss this ever.

It can’t be said strong enough or often enough…

Thank you to all of our customers for making all of this possible, and thank you to all of the artists and authors that have infused MTJ Publishing with their talent, creative energy, and generosity these past ten plus years!

I can't wait to get it. I just got Inosaka's Paradox and it's awesome. I might be the only one, but I have trouble remembing all of the girl's names. You ever think of releasing profiles? Like just a brief sheet with a pic or two that says their name, approximate age, most ticklish spots, noteworthy details ( like 3 boobs ) ect.

Bohemianne:That's one awesome quote that I got to remember ("never ever miss this ever" -got a great ring to it!) 🙂
Thank you so much for the kind words, my good friend! I'm very curious to hear what you think of the comic once you had the time to fully read it! 🙂

Jim: Well, thank YOU, my friend! After all, you have been providing for us a wonderful platform for us artists to present our work in a very professional manner. Even though this is a niche market, being able to call oneself a "published artist" can make a world of difference for one's self esteem! 🙂

H-man: Thanks! If you enjoyed Inosaka's Paradox for the erotic tickling action, you might like The Veil of Qadesh even better!
As for the characters, eventually we'd release a profile, I suppose, but it'd be a complex task given the huge amount of characters. As a simple reference to the Danneskold crew, to put names on the faces/bodies:

Captain Dusty: Purple skin, three breasts
Slither: green snake girl with scaly skin
Downey: yellow girl with feathery fingers
Koki: freckled redhead with feelers on her head
Booki: white hair, feelers on her head (always wears pilot goggles)
Jessi: blonde wearing a baseball cap and cut-off mechanic's coveralls
Thompson: android girl with blue-green hair
Audrey: black hair (bob cut) and big dorky glasses
Fluffy: big fluffy pink hairdo and fluffy pink fingers

those are the main characters, there's a couple more aboard the Danneskold, but those don't really get that much exposure throughout the series.
Hope this helps somewhat...

Should have gotten to this sooner but my mind was off with the Fairies I'm afraid...

Simply put, if you have to buy one F/F graphic novel for this year, the Veil of Qadesh is it. Every page, panel and everything else is drawn to perfection. It's erotic, worked on as a true labour of love and is the brainchild of two of the most talented artists around. Another brilliant collaboration between Scavenger and Bandito which amazingly tops their previous work. I highly recommend it and was a great way to start the year for MTJ Publishing. Kudos all round chaps!

Superb!!!!!

The Story:

Brilliant imagery and everything! First, the sophisticated words have been so obviously chosen with care up to the last detail that each descriptive events and scenes are carried out - well of course, it’s been the first thing I noticed while reading the story… There is just a lot of journey in it, and I have been carried away by each surprises and how the impact is flowing in each panel. It’s been an organized sequencing, while there’s strictly no hint on what will come next… in between has been spiced up by relentless and naughty working of this nifty author. Bandito? I just assume you have taken some rest or some breathe after each scenes because I’m sure, such imaginary HOT characters can take hold of you! I would assume those babes you have put so close to life have spruced up your creative juices. It’s been madly arousing scenes, yet very artistically laid into each page… like something is fragile or soft, I want to merge in the story and get it over with….LOL..I don’t know why I said that. I really love the whole concept and this sequel. It has evolved a lot since the first one, knowing that TIS 1 is also a legendary one… You are obviously inspired to get this on board and it has spoken so much how you’d like it to be.

The Artwork:

More than mastered… Every page is smashing brilliant…the textures, the gobos, the intricacies and love… Obviosuly, I was talking about the effort that has been shed into each characters, lines, shading, highlights, backgrounds, compositing…everything. It’s been a beautiful e-comic because of the art! Scavenger, you have created a world and has done more than simply interpret each written scenes. Your strong point is the powerful method of implementing discipline in art. This is what I find admirable in your style. I would assume you have integrated your own vision with what Bandito has in mind…and to carry this out into an effective output is truly challenging. It is simply worth having this publication because of the content and collective quality. Aside from that, I have also noticed the deeper change in the expression of the characters – each curves, actions and flow. But the environment, ambiance, coloring, and full exploit of opacity/transparency are just astounding! I told you before that your sketchbook is climbing fast to perfection… and this episode is just perfect - all panels. Whenever a Scavenger comic is about to be released, I know what to expect, but it’s been always the best.

The Teamwork:

What more can I say… It’s been there in my feedback – that “mastermind teamwork…..”! Thanks for quoting me in one of the page… I’m touched and honored.

Dev: For my part, thanks so very much for the kind words, my friend. Your comments and your support always means a tremendous amount to me, and the words you chose for this project couldn't be more true. Veil of Qadesh was a labor of love, for sure. Working with a sensational artist like Scav makes it more fun than it is work, but a ton of effort and hard work went into this project (the lion's share coming from my talented partner in crime). So just wanted to say thanks again, both for your generous support, and for your kind review.

ghirighiri26: Thanks so much! So glad you enjoyed it! Anything in particular about the plot of this story that appealed to you?

Bohy: Oh sweet, Bohy. What can I say to such overly kind words, and generous praise? As an artist that I totally admire, your kind feedback is even doubly appreciated. Scav and I discussed VOQ a LOT, trying to figure out exactly where we wanted this story to take the tantalizing heroines of the TIS universe, and where we wanted to take the series itself. We decided that nothing short of a powerful sci-fi epic would do...one that reinvested in many of the torrid relationships from the original series. I hope that is what we were able to deliver. And in regards to the talent of Scav...he just seems to get amazingly better and better with each page, each panel, each project. Even some of the newest work he's sent me transcends the already outstanding quality of Veil. This guy is incredible. Nothing short of magic with a digital pencil. LMAO. Thanks again, so much, Bohy. You really are awesome.

And a huge thanks again to everyone that has made VEIL OF QADESH such an enormous blockbuster hit. I hope we can top ourselves with TIS #3!

Cheers,

The Deeto

Ban(d)ito, those who bought the comic wouldn't wonder why I posted such a special and a kind feedback. They have to read and see for themselves. I will bet my TMF existence (OMG) if they think I'm wrong. In other words, I mean it. :devil2:

Alright, what to say.

I focused much of my attention on the actual graphic novel portion of this because I believe, in past correspondence, that I addressed some of the issues I had with the attached short story by talking to you about Origins. Which is to say, now that people have a general understanding of your world, you would be hard pressed need to become repetitive/redundant in your adjective and description usage. With this medium and with the world of the Bounce Chixs now interweaved into TiS, we can expect attractive female forms being tickled to a climactic and mind altering breaking point. I still believe that you do a good job in establishing the alien other as attractive, which is something that gets underscored in science fiction generally. I think you achieve this because of your frantic intensity in making those senses often times the most punishing.

I've followed both of your work for a while, and this includes multiple purchases of material from MTJ (almost entire libraries, as it were to seem) and it can't be underscored that the both of you have improved through iteration. Much of Scavenger's work early on had the same feel texture wise, and while I enjoyed the stringent bondage and the decadent cybernetic haunts/trappings, I felt he excelled in the medium in a few pages. It was good, but there would be those slices that were almost painfully and insanely erotic (Experimental Therapy I and II from Tech Tickling come to mind almost instantly, as does Vicky's revenge against Hella from Vicky's Defeat I). At the same time, I always wonder about an artist and their complacency in a medium such as this. I think Inosaka's Paradox was a step in a different direction in some areas, but at the same time still held all those same Scavenger motifs. This piece is different; this is a more lush, vibrant, and less mechanical world, for the most part, and this plays to show the stark contrast between the mechanical and the ethereal. Even from the onset, I wondered how the aspects of Egyptian/Persian harems would act as a certain focus, and I sort of dug the out of the usual.

I think it goes without saying that the situations between Fluffy and Audrey are the stars in this piece. I mean, I know that Koki and Booki are acting as protagonists, but the actual scenes involving Audrey and Fluffy are the ones I got the same double take inducing mind fog I received from those situations previously mentioned. Maybe it is the blindfolds, maybe it is the helpless arching along with dominant positioning, but the sort of power those scenes lord exudes the fantasies of us tickle fetishists (whether it is the cryptic sense of destruction for the lee, or the damning control over another for the ler).

Overall, I'd say this is a worthwhile purchase, especially since I think even if you were to stay consistently mediocre, you'd both mulch most of your contemporaries. And this isn't a mediocre effort, so take that even further for what it is worth.

Bohy: I love ya so much it causes me to lose my ability to form coherent sentences. But I don't mind. **hugs**

Hey amigo - I've been pondering for a bit on how to best reply, and hoping to find some time to do so - so I apologize for the delayed response.

I really appreciate the feedback. I realize that much of your input related more to the artistic aspects of VOQ - which the mighty Scavenger is both responsible for, and deserves to be praised for. But I still wanted to pop in and thank you myself for the very honest, detailed, generous support.

And it's interesting because the Audrey and Fluffy scene really won me over as well. I figured I wasn't the only one...but ya never know what everyone else is thinking. I really loved that scene. Scav created such blazing hot chemistry between those two. Wow. I might need to go read that one again.

LMAO.

Anyway - blah blah blah...just wanted to say "thanks again".

The Danneskold crew makes another thrilling sortie into the realm of sensual SF, with loads to intrigue eye and intellect as well as satisfy fetish appetite! Even with the tale told twice (both in comix format and as straight prose, so that nobody's favorite venue is neglected), it should be practically impossible to deliver any sort of involved narrative, occupied as this offering is with wall-to-wall tickle encounters. Indeed, the erotic massage scarcely pauses for breath, commencing as comfortable (if lively) recreation amongst the TIS familiars, then plunging into headier, more threatening territory; regardless, the storytelling rivals the classics of written or filmed fantasy for complexity and invention! It's key to this success that almost all plot-points are intrinsically tickle-related from inception; when raison detre, personal involvements, setups and payoffs revolve around a universe that's de facto fetish, tiresome, distracting justifications become unnecessary. Deeto has labored longterm to craft such an unapollogetically randy cosmos… his ongoing effort pays off instantly in well-focused characters tailor-made for galactic menaces to torment with grueling nightmares/fondly hoped-for fantasies! That even these ideal voluptuaries might have motives to work against situations so outwardly in tune with their own wish fulfillments provides the necessary dramatic frisson.

At once solid SF and phantasmagoric ghost story, Deeto's plot engages a familiar but uniquely applied premise as its primary driving force, both fabulous and credible in its imagining and execution! The do-anything elements of the concept allow incredible freedom of expression for Scav's already legendary art designs! An alabaster, hauntingly soft-edge predominates, as though the vistas and trappings of titular Qadesh were more phantom than reality (the resolution to this conundrum turns out to be more invasive than one might suspect). The haunted realm's architecture and bestiary attain attributes of the barbaric (with titanic statuary sewn into the cityscapes) and the cooly civilized (minarets and Eastern dress motifs predominate), presenting a shared promise of irresistible brute force and insidious subtlety. Throughout, it's the Danneskold intruders who supply the sole suggestion of warmth, an aura compromised whenever the surrounding miasma extends into the corrupting, possessing "veil". Certainly, the demands of Qadesh are autonomy- and soul-sapping… reason enough to resist them even when they tempt with pleasures that the crew obsess after independently!

On and off world alike are graced with Scav's unbeatable sense of composition, shading and color-blending! Spectacle (a Scavenger hallmark) abounds in panoramas that would brighten the most ornate fantasy film! A fleet of approaching "Slipper" ships blaze with vengeance-fueled fury! Sheltering planetary systems warn of their latent dangers by way of suggested kinetic energy (traditionally static imagery made menacingly active)! Yet, the Danneskold interiors offer plush, homey comfort; framing scenes of fetish fun are rendered in non-threatening, friendly terms, an effective contrast to the hoary obstacles within the story's core. Deeto's galaxy of well-loved beauties bare all for their, and our, delight in scenes of flesh-against-flesh intimacy… unusual for Scav's mecha-heavy portfolio, but he scores as unerringly as ever!

These apex talents, either singly or in concert, have delivered to this Community some of its most enduring wonders… and while I can't imagine our good fortune will last forever (inevitably, each will be called upon to serve the needs of a wider non-fetish world), the fount, at present, seems inexhaustible! I'll joyfully cruise the high heavens with Cap'n Dusty… revel along with Kitzalia's interrogations…. Bounce through time and space with Hailey, Andi and Janey… glory and despair over Vicky's defeat… just as long as the gravy train still has wheels! The best things in life may indeed prove eternal; ever-fresh legions of the enthusiastic will insure that they remain potent and popular!

Wow...your comments always leave me in a pleasant dream-like semi-conscious state. My tongue flops worthlessly in my mouth...but my brain bounces playfully with countless things to say. Your kind words, careful insight, and generous spirit leave me in a garrulous stupor. I've heard of poetry in motion, but your support leaves me feeling like gibberish in neutral. XD

Thank you, LBH for your kind wonderful review of VEIL OF QADESH. As always - the mighty Scavenger deserves the lion's share of praise for this amazing undertaking...but I will not sandbag your kindness, and will bask in my share of your warm words.

The TICKLING IN SPACE universe has truly become a bastion of guilt-free tickle utopia for me. And working with Scavenger on the continuing stories has been like finding a long lost sibling (one that I actually get along with, lmao). He is sensationally talented, creatively gifted, and spectacularly generous with his gifts. I love working with him.

Your comments on the TIS characters is especially appreciated. Over the years these gals have sort of taken on a life of their own, and to know that someone out there appreciated their individual personalities, weaknesses, ticklish appetites, fears and desires is what makes all of this worth while. As an incredible artist, storyteller, and creative genius, your patient insight and interest in TIS means all the more.

Thanks also for taking note of a few of Scavenger's outstanding scenes, including the Slipper armada. That scene stole my breath away, and would truly be my favorite of the TIS body of works if not for the sizzling, painfully hot scene between Audrey and Fluffy in VOQ!

Woo!!!

I'm still taking cold showers over THAT scene. XD

So thank you again my friend. Truly.

You make this community a better place with every page your create and comment you post.

Deet
