Yeah, I'm pretty sure they're all full-length Tickle Abuse clips. Looks like some of yours are up there too, just a search on "Last Laugh" reveals a few, not sure if there's anything you can do about it, unfortunately.
Yeah, I do need to have some removed from time to time. I did so yesterday after someone was kind enough to let me know about it, and I thank you for reminding me to do a more general search, as I was able to spot a few more.
Turns out getting them removed from DailyMotion isn't that hard. I just click on the Report Video option, select the option for filing a copyright infringement notification, enter some info, including the reason why it's a case of copyright infringement (I simply mention that it belongs to me and include a link to a page with samples from the video) and the video usually gets removed fairly quickly, often the same day. Once in a while it even results in the poster's channel getting shut down, probably due to multiple copyright violation notifications from different people. Still, protecting one's copyrighted work is a tedious, frustrating, discouraging process.
In any case, yeah, those are indeed Tickle Abuse's clips, and I'm quite sure that Tommy didn't give his permission to the poster to share his work for free. Basically, if you find a tickling clip that's at least a few minutes long, like it's a full-length clip, it's almost certainly been posted there illegally. Even when it's a shorter clip that's actually a free preview, it's still probably there without the owner's permission. I don't allow my own free previews to be posted on sites like DailyMotion, mostly out of respect for the models' privacy (something many people don't understand, I'm afraid). I simply don't feel fetish material has any business being posted on mainstream sites like DailyMotion or YouTube. It's inappropriate.
