What's the best day to take off work out of Monday through Friday?
 
Monday, because you can treat Sunday night as a fine holiday night.

What day of the week do you dislike the most?
 
Tuesday. It's always been a non-descript day of the week to me. Every other day of the week has a unique feel to it. Tuesday is just...well Tuesday (like today).
Would you rather eat at IHOP or Applebees?
 
IHOP because I love pancakes which is there specialty.

Have you ever told the waitstaff at a restaurant that it is your birthday? If so, what did you get for it?
 
I don't like attention so no I haven't. But this year on my birthday HR found out and the 30 or so people in my building surprised me in the kitchen with a cake. They never did that for anyone else.
Do you like pastrami on rye?
 
Yes, I like it. I like a pastrami Reuben sandwich even better.

Is rye bread your favorite type of bread?
 
Yes I do like rye bread a lot.
What's your favorite type of chicken?
 
beef (I've found the older I've gotten I prefer mostly chicken for meat...and that I am eating a little less meat than I used to when I was younger).
What's the most you ever owed in taxes?
 
If you mean the most that I have underpaid and had to pay with my form 1040, then the answer is about $2,000.

What month do you usually pay your federal income tax?
 
I normally do my taxes as soon as I can late January/early February. Normally I get a refund.
How often do you go for an eye exam?
 
I go for an eye exam once a year. Both of my parents had glaucoma, so it is absolutely necessary.

How many medical or dental specialists are in you contact list? (For me, it is 4 dental and 7 medical. When I was 30, it was one of each.)
 
I have 2 doctors and 1 dentist contact.
If you could go on one vacation this winter where would it be and why?
 
I would go to Curaçao to a beach resort. I visited that island once and really liked it.

Have you been to any Caribbean islands?
 
No I haven't but it sounds really awesome.
If you won a million dollars would you donate any?
 
Yes, I would probably donate about $50,000, invest about $500,000, and spend the rest on younger women and older whiskey.

What is the most depressing thing that ever happened to you during a Christmas season?
 
I found out Santa Claus wasn't real.

mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving
