All the more reason it's mind-boggling she would be so reckless/ foolish. I was once 14, and well remember my crushes on a few pretty young teachers...thank God they were ladies and had common sense & self control this Florida teacher lacks.
 
the teacher is an attractive woman, but lady c'mon! 14??!!! at least go after 18 years old! as for the kid, he wont be emotionally damaged. he is on cloud 57 right now! he is at puberty right now and banging a hot teacher made him a "stud".

amazing perception though! the kid is going to be treated like a conquering hero within his peers, but the lady is going to be persecuted! then again, it is her OWN fault. what kind of moron do you have to be to do something like that?

Pigs? .... OUCH.... There are so many issues that men and women will always be on different pages about. That's why people who write books like 'Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus' make a fortune. And unfortunately, too many people try to make us equal on issues we cannot be equal on. I will never understand the joy of breastfeeding and don't expect women to understand why men become so preoccupied with sex at 13 to 14 years of age.

I think what we can agree on about this issue is that this teacher here in Tampa Bay is a wack job. What she did was morally wrong on many levels. Her lover was 14, OMG. She had multiple encounters including one in front of this 14 yr old's friend. She was a newlywed. We could probably go on.

What we may not agree on is that she will be put into the same catagory as a man my age, 37, who has sex with a 5 yr old girl (or boy for that matter). She'll be listed on the same regisrties and be considered a sexual predator. I think that's a little harsh but it is the law and she had to know that would happen to her if caught. So be it.

And Steph, at 14 I was still a boy, that's true, but my parts were quite sexually developed and I had more than 2 pubic hairs. You're point is well taken, however, I just don't want to see any lovely ladies going Les over this...LOL.

I know honey, I'm just being uncharacteristically bitchy. Thanx to a friend, I had the joy of getting to read the entire 8 page police report--it isn't really him (he was just doing what guys do) that my issue is with, it's her. It is her horrendous bad judgement, both as a teacher and a woman (aren't WE supposed to be "smarter" when it comes to these things????)that I take issue with. My sources tell me that he actually got together with her because he heard SHE had the hots for him--he did it to prove the rumors true to his buddies--he was actually the more crafty one in this situation.

And for the record, I'm 37 too. I have no children but all of my friends do, including one with a 15 year old boy who's cute enough to be a model. Nick is also affectionate, charming and supposedly has "the hots"--(his words, not mine.) Wouldn't touch him with a 10 foot pole (or a ten inch if I had one 😀 ) If it makes you feel better, I also have the website to this moron modelling at age 18 for a bikini motorcycle spread, I almost posted it. IMHO, she looks like any other California bleached blond, they're a dime a dozen out here and not that intriguing, but hey, I ain't a dude (Thank God.)

Ok maybe HIS story is he was proving rumors (NOT saying what she did was right I think it is disgusting) but maybe he is telling a story to make him look like he isnt in the wrong maybe he doesnt want to get in trouble for doing something he knew was wrong, everyone knows what she did was just plain down right wrong and very disgusting, but maybe this 14 year old isnt as innocent as it claims, shit at 14 i knew what was right and wrong about that kind of thing and weather or not the teacher had the "hots" for me or not that is a BIG no no! Peer pressure is a bitch yes, but if you start giving in to peer pressure at that age when will it stop...Steph you know i luv ya, i'm just being as you said "uncharacteristically bitchy"..sorry to offend anyone and for the record they were both wrong!

Well, smoking gun covered their butts by crossing out everyone's name except hers, since everyone knows who she is anyway...

And you're right, police reports are (relatively) private, but as always there are exceptions. In my past life (LOL) I was a newspaper reporter for a small town nearby. One of my weekly assignments was to go to the police department, read the blotter and write about events that would have been of interest to the general community. I of course had access to the names but was not allowed to print them (i.e. "subject A was seen climbing out the downstairs window with the stolen items in a pillow case...")

Speakin' for me, and only for me...I think, at 14 years old, I'd have been a little distressed by some teacher, no matter how gorgeous, coming on to me. 18 years old? Very different story. And, if it had been A) my teacher in Psychology class, B) the very young, very blonde, and very ticklish aide in Art, or C) My Jillian Barberie look-alike Lab Bio teacher from Freshman year, it probably would've been one of the more celebrated events of my young life. But then we all fantasized in such a manner. Unless you, like my lab partner in said Lab Bio class, were completely, unapologetically, flamboyantly gay. Then, all bets were off 😛

Not that hot? OMG what are we in friggin high school? she's HOT. OK Nuts too, but hot. There isn't one guy in this forum that would turn her away if she approached them in a bar (assuming relationship status permitted). Nobody, NOBODY, turns down this kinda gal unless she's not your sexual preference. She may not be a swimsuit model, but she's attractive.
This gal is on local TV daily in the here Tampa Bay area and she has never appeared reomtely unattractive.
