He's clearly flirting with you. That's one of the most commonly used tactics by a guy to implicate he likes a girl. He's checking your reactiong to see if you like it or if you get pissed when he does it.

Might you be available to him if he is flirting? Looking back at your past posts (because your original post made me curious about your history here), I see you had a boyfriend whose belly you tickled as of Feb. 20. So I'm not clear as to where the relationship with the casual tickler stands. He's clearly flirting, and perhaps has a kinky streak too (sadistic but not in a bad way), though tickling may not have as much as a sexual connotation to him as it does for most people here.
 
Well yah, he's probably flirting with you... whether he's one of us, i dunno, some people who aren't turned on by tickling will flirt by tickling bc it's playful and fun and gets him to touch you... so even if it's alot of tickling doesn't mean he has a tickle fetish, but definately means he's flirting.

It's possible he has an interest in you. For the last few weeks I've seen a lot of things like this between a couple of people I know... but there's no interest, at least on his part. It's hard to say, some people are just like that.
