Even if tickling is not your obsession, wouldn't circumstances such as cuffing someone's hands behind his or her back just make want to tickle their defenseless midsections? Who knows how many cops pull such a stunt.

I don't think we know enough about what actually happened to know who is wrong or right here. I personally don't think it's funny to tickle - or do whatever - to someone who is restrained and can't fight back.

It isn't easy for females among cops anyways - just heard of a case where a young female police officer shot herself because she was mistreated by colleagues. She rather shot herself than complaining - because she was afraid to be considered a bitch!
