How would you explain the "funness" and joy of tickling someone while they are tied up? 🙂

It's Bliss!

It's like a ticklish body is bottled bliss, and a tickle is what opens the bottle.

I also say it's fun like an amusement park... there's screams and squeals and laughter, the motion of rollercoasters, the lightheaded-induciveness of merry go rounds, the hilarity and thrills of haunted houses and silly mirrors. Yeah, fun.

For me, tickling one of my roommates, or, more recently, Paige, while they are tied up is part power trip. I can make then giggle, squeal, laugh, beg, and more, just through simple manipulation of ny fingertips. The other part is as a gesture of affection. I've never tickled people I don't like, and probably never will. I don't tickle to really torture, just as I wouldn't like to be really tickle tortured myself. Playful torture, yes, with "Safety First" as my motto.

I read TicklingIsLife's question then saw Tiffany had already articulated my answer: It's part power play and part affection to restrain and tickle an attractive woman.

Having a lovely girl's ticklish body at my mercy makes me feel like the king of the ticklers. Further, restraint is practical, as you may not tickle another adult for long unless she can't get away from you.

Watching my ticklee as I tickle her and having her see me having a great time, (and vice versa, if we switch) is like super-flirting. Tickling, like other forms of touch, communicates affection. Tiffany also beat me to it by saying it's no fun tickling someone you don't like.

Let me add that eye contact is essential when I'm tying and tickling. I would never use blindfolds, despite the fact that not seeing where I'm about to tickle makes the ticklee even more ticklish. Without the communication - you may as well not tickle.

It's a blissful way to release pent-up emotion. It's a mind trip that costs nothing, involves no artificial chemicals and makes you feel like the Statue of Liberty has been lifted off of your shoulders. What else can I say??? It's my drug of choice and I'm sticking to it!!!
