It is a great idea because that way the `lee can let the `ler know when he/she has had enough tickling.My question is when a ''safeword'' is in play;are phrases like ''don`t' ,''stop'' ,or ''no'' more of an instinctive response or are they used by the `lee to tease the `ler into even more tickling?Am curious to get responses from both `lers & `lees.Again, this question applies when a ''safeword '' is being used. :couch:

in the only tickle session i had, i had no need for a safeword. there simply wasnt time... but my safe words are blacksnake and octopus...

I never use a safeword. Don't even have one, but if you hear an "ouch" from me, rest assured you're in for a mean can of Sicilian style whoop ass when I get up! 😛

Not to mention, you probably won't get a second chance at the goods. :ranty:

Since I live a Dom/Sub life style safe words are huge for me! If I say Cookie it means stop! If I say stop or no more thats just me teasin.... But this should all be discussed before anything goes on 🙂

o no the world has stopped suddenly.. steph using a ranty face????? sweet steph? lolol sorry love.. hmm i dont really know if i would have to use a safeword or not. only had one session. and i'm also wondering if i could remember the safe word in the throes of tickling bliss

By preference I use whatever safewords the bottom is used to: I want them to use something they'll remember in an emergency. If they've never used one before then I give them the standard red/yellow combination.
 
Its been so long I don't remember what mine was?!?!

I am never tied up anymore and I am ususally the 'ler.

My wife's is watermellon. In fact the kids have heard her yell it at me and they think its my nickname! LOL!

My main 'ler and I used 'Aardvark' for years; rat bastard only got it out of me once ever, darn it :cry1: And no, I'm not telling how he did it :imouttahe

With my boyfriend the safeword is actually a safe phrase: "please spank me ." That's wrong on so, so many levels... 🙄 :devil2:

My safeword used to be "Get the f*ck off me you piece of @#$%^!"
It was too long but it worked.

Actually I would let the lee pick the word so that as Izzy said..in the throws of laughter , she could remember it.

Try making your safe word "safeword". Then you don't have to remember it.


I know I picked that idea up from somewhere.

I saw someone start shouting "Safeword!" during a scene once, and I thought it was hilarious. I've informally adopted it as my own. 🙂

Mistress Zara has all of her clients use the same safeword for all types of play, "lavender". When she is tickling me, that means that any other word is part of the play.

So if I say, "Mercy," or "I beg for mercy," that is just a cue for her to say "There'll be no mercy for you! I'm going to tickle you for hours and hours!" or "I don't know the meaning of the word 'mercy'! Just for saying it, I'm going to tickle you twice as long and twice as intensely."

It's a lot of fun. 😀
 
I've heard all kinds of things yelled out in fun, to tease and to taunt. At our gatherings, we recommend everyone have a safeword, even if they never use it, just "in case". Mine happens to be "peanut butter". I'm not afraid to say that it was heard several times over the past weekend. LOL 🙂
