I'm expecting to get a lot of negative backlash from all the tickle torture lovers on this forum, but fortunately, I've always loved confrontation. I welcome it.

I was sifting through the clips section, and one individual had included an obviously non-consensual tickling clip of a man tickling a girl who was tied to a bed.

A) I believe it's wrong to subject a person to any form of abuse, and although not painful, being tickled definitely classifies as abuse, and thus, can be a form of torture.

B) Content including minors is not allowed on the forum, due largely (I assume) to the fact that anything sexual including minors is not legal. Having determined that tickling some one against their will is a form of abuse, it's safe to say that such material is, at the least, frowned upon legally. If we try to avoid anything that isn't perfectly legal, why are clips like these allowed?

C) I've read older threads regarding non-consensual tickling. Everyone seems to agree (for the most part), that non-consensual tickling is innocent enough in fantasy, but should not occur in reality. Why then, has nobody spoken up? Here's the perfect chance for you all to back up your words.

Given the morality and the legality of the issue, somebody, please, explain to me - why does this forum allows the sharing of clips regarding true abuse of women?

If such a rule doesn't already exist (I found none), I strongly urge that we create a policy banning non-consensual footage.


(PS, if a thread like this has emerged and been concluded before, my apologies. I found none dealing with anything but people talking about fantasty)
 
You may want to let us know what clip you are refering to so that the mods and or the community as a whole can check into it and judge for themselves.
Also, what may appear to be a non con clip or video could just be an act or fantasy scenario and NOT what it appears to be.

Just a thought.

I would need to know the facts before making a judgement.

If an actress or model is hired to simulate a non-consensual situation, and she knows the script beforehand, then I would not be sickened by the clip. It would just be good acting if it seemed real.

I would be sickened by an actual kidnapping or non-consensual bondage and tickle torture.

Obviously the thought had occured to me that it might be acting, but I'm quite sure it is not. If you must know, it's on the rocking's page, titled something like FP_noncon, or something to that.

I'm assuming it's not acting based on the fact that tickle video acting tends to be cheesy and obvious, the girl truly APPEARS to hate it, IE swearing, talking to the person behind the camera, and biting her tickler. So either I'm a fool and it's good acting, or this should not be allowed on the forum.
 
You should get your facts straight before jumping to hysterics. Contact The Rocking, and ask about the clip. Assumption is a dangerous thing, and making uninformed statements like you have leads to witch hunts.

The tickling community has been doing a perfectly fine job of policing itself long before you jumped onto the scene.

Also there have been other posts of non-consensual clips that I saw back when I was still lurking. Something called tickle slaves that I think has gone under, advertised that all their ticklees were tricked into doing a simple "bondage video," at which point they were tickled without their consent.

I've been around for a while, and I've never seen anyone bat an eyelash at real non-consensual clips, despite constant assertations that it's wrong.

If my facts are not straight, please, enlighten me.

Who's to say? It could be real or fake. You'd have to ask the producer.

I've watched several videos where the girls are laughing, bucking, etc...and some where their reactions are so fake, it's ludicrous.

I'm not talking about a nice organized video, with tickle models and payment. I believe the nature of the clip in question is laid out quite clearly in the first post.

As for it being "only tickling," just because it isn't pain, doesn't mean it can't be torture.

I have always believed that a true non-concentual situation would not be anything like what we see in these "non-concentual" produced videos. In real life, a person being tickled against their will by a stranger would probably react as if pain was inflicted on them. I can not imagine that anything resembling a laugh would emerge. I have written for years about non-concentual tickling and all my victims laugh. However, that is fiction. Tickling is a social phenom. Ever tickle a woman that does not like you or you are a stranger to? If she sees it coming and she truly does not want to react she won't. There might be a reaction, a movement, but never a laugh. Anger is more the reaction.

As far as a non-concentual situation amongst friends, I see alot of cursing, struggling (heavier than usual), spitting, screaming, coughing and possibly puking. It is NOT a sexy sight to me. I'm only speaking for myself here.

The bottom line is that it would take alot to make me believe that anything on the market now is true non-concentual tickling. The fact is, that NC tickling is not pretty. I don't think I would really like it.

The closest thing I ever saw to NC was Bill and L, that came out about 10 years ago. It starts out concentual and ends up NC. It is not sexy at all to me. She is cursing and truly miserable. She loses any attractiveness and swears like a drunken sailor. It's a curio piece at the most.

I wouldn't worry about it. Video producers want their models to look pretty for you. NC videos would never look pretty.

Max, some people may very well laugh, even if it's non consensual. I used to when my siblings did it to me. But the clip in question has laughter, a lot of screaming, face wrenching, plenty of "fuck off, I'm serious!" or "fuck off, let me go!" etc etc.

I didn't want to post the clip in question, because I don't want to seem like I'm attacking the poster of the clip, but here it is anyway.

Now, to clarify, I am not attacking the poster of this. I just believe that clips like these (again, I believe this is in fact non-consensual) should not be allowed on the forum.
