Am I using this (Sub?)Forum wrong?

I'm going to try and word this in the least agitating way, because I don't want to be the guy who always complains about stuff. I am honestly not trying to complain in this instant.

Does "Tickling Discussion Forum" Translate into "The forum where you go to pleasure yourself?" For instance, was my 'Things that get on your nerves about the TMF' thread in the wrong forum? Looking over the front page, I see about half of the posts are about where places are ticklish and where are YOU the TMF goer ticklish. And I know, I honestly do know that it is indeed called the Tickling Discussion Forum, and this IS where those kinds of threads belong,but I'm trying to think of some cool forum ideas and I'm not sure what goes where.

It depends on what part of the forum is getting on your nerves. If you want to make a complaint about tickling, you would go to the tickling discussion forum. If you want to bash political/religious posters, you have the PR forum. If people are doing stupid shit generally(that is not a TMF user), you would go to the general discussion forum. If somebody writes a shitty story, critique them in the story forum. If a user is being an asshole, block them or report them to a moderator.

Nobody should really give a shit though. Myriads, Jeff, or another mod would have moved it for you. There have been PR threads in the general discussion forum, and they moved that thread to the proper forum. Or, they close the thread...

Since it didn't relate directly to tickling, I probably would have put the "What annoys you about the TMF" thread in General Discussion, but it wasn't like some threads where you think "What the hell is this doing HERE??"

My best advice is to not start threads just for the sake of starting threads. I'm not saying you are currently doing that, but just to beware that's a temptation I've seen some fall prey to.

Are you talking about petty sub-habits that suddenly transform into fetish? In the General Discussion board, I see the Venting Fetish had stabilized itself well.
