If I had to guess, this trailer (and the actual film, if there is one) is an amateur film by one of our fellow tickle lovers. Wouldn't be surprised if he's not also the evil tickler in this trailer!
 
I also think that this looks more like some sort of fetish fantasy from one of our tickling members. Maybe this is why I liked that trailer :-D Maybe there is more to come. I liked that girl next door model. And her feet of course :-D
