Many of you will not know who I am, for it has been almost two years since I have posted on this forum. In internet time that is forever. I am actually amazed that some of you actually remember me. But I felt it was time to give an update.
As a recap, I was accepted to a seminary two years ago, and felt it best if I left this forum as an active member. I do sometimes check this forum, but not as often.
Just to give an update, I have completed 2 of 5 years of seminary training. I am 40% of the way done towards my masters of divinity. I have completed my hebrew language training, and will soon will start my Greek. I have over a 3.7 GPA at the moment. I eventually hope to get a PhD but I'll let God direct those steps. I have recently started looking for a full time ministorial paid position, getting in contact with district associations and directors of missions. I now have over three years of experience in ministry and have stepped in for the senior pastor when needed. Every day I am humbled that God would chose me to his work.
Many of you I hold close to my heart, and I do have fond memories of the TMF. The Shemp days stick out to me right now, but there are others, and many people that I could mention, but I will not for time's sake. I do love and pray for you. I might drop by a little more often this summer, but I will not promise anything.
Well, I hope this finds everyone fine, safe and healthy. God Bless each of you.
