Tickling Paradise does good stuff, as does TC. I've also seen some stuff by both that hasn't impressed me at all. So there's no use debating what is really up to personal preferences.
As for the reply by ANA to a well-meaning suggestion, it was rude, plain and simple. The member who simply labeled it as a "denied request" must not understand the first rule of customer service to to always keep a customer happy, even if there is no way to accomodate a request. "NO. BUY IT ON DVD" is a good way to lose a customer, as it appears they may have. My suggestion would have been to reply in a manner similar to:
"Thanks for the suggestion, but we must decline. We've decided to make our videos available only on DVD. Thanks for your interest in our product."
Then again, I've heard that Andre of ANA is pretty rude, while Ana herself is really nice, so perhaps he was the one who responded. That's just speculation on my part, though.

I think this has been a great thread, full of valuable information. The initial complaint seems minor, but it generated an interesting discussion, including the informative, if heated, counter-attack by the wounded Andre.
Renee's response to a criticism was a very good example of good customer relations, as has been noted before in this thread.
Regarding the harassment that some posters have given to Tricham, judging only by what I have read in this thread, it was uncalled for and counter productive to the discussion. The complaint of rudeness from a vendor was minor, but seems legitimate enough to me, and if people can't discuss their experiences with various outfits here in the TMF, where should they? It was great to hear people discuss the merits of the complaint, and share their experiences with various websites. It was not great to have conspiracy theories tossed in, impugning people's motives and honesty, etc. My own practice from other BBSs I have posted on is to respond to substantive comments and questions regarding my posts, and to ignore personal attacks. I'm glad that Tricham didn't let the harassment stop him from speaking his mind.

On the general subject of rudeness, perhaps a year ago I downloaded some free previews from Dungeon Maidens (I believe they were posted on the Extreme Tickling site). There was one model I really liked, the red-head in the clip "advstf01.rm." I thought the first model on the clip was faking, but there was no doubt in my mind that I saw about 3-4 seconds of real tickling when the masked tickler went to work on that poor red-head's stretched-out underarms. Maybe it was the TIB or maybe someone else, but it was the same idea in costuming, anyway.
I wrote an e-mail to Dungeon Maidens asking for assistance in finding the real tickling without having to wade through an ocean of "fake crap." I consider myself to be a courteous person most of the time, but that was a very offensive remark. Sometimes when you're e-mailing, you forget that a real, flesh-and-blood person is going to read what you say and they might appreciate a little courtesy. When I got an e-mail back saying, "I don't want your money," I regretted my failure of diplomacy. I have a dial up connection and have a lot of trouble finding time to download all the stuff I would like to. It is very frustrating for me to wait patiently for a clip to download and then be disappointed. Still, it was unlikely that a request phrased as mine was would generate a helpful reply, and I should have known better.
There is another Dungeon Maidens clip, preview_clip_ug.rm, that I liked. I felt that most of the tickling was unconvincing, although there were a few moments when the male ler was tickling her her upper legs right at the pelvis, where her laugh was convincing. The lee was very pretty, and I enjoyed the view provided by her complete nudity. At the end of the clip one of the two female lers involved pushed the hair back from the lee's face and kissed her. It gave me the feeling of something real and unrehearsed. I felt the ler really wanted to kiss the lee. I could see the lee's face, her eye contact and smile with the ler in the moment before the kiss, and her precious little giggle after the ler kissed her.
That moment gave a lot of credibility to other parts of the clip, where the female ler caressed the lee, talked to her erotically, etc. I like lesbian erotica, but it is hard to find material that seems real, where there is a real connection between the women, real pleasure from the contact. It's probably harder to find good lesbian material than good tickling material. Anyway, when the ler kissed the lee, that seemed real to me, and I loved it. Maybe most of the tickling was fake, but I feel there was a real erotic connection between the ler and the lee.
So, anyway, there is a plug for Dungeon Maidens. I hope it helps to make up for that rude e-mail I sent before.
