Are fake nails effective?

There are 6 different classifications of " fake " nails.
Do you mean are " fake " nails more effective than natural nails ?
Well, most types are stronger , so I would say Yes.

hm. yeah i would say fake nails are just as effective as long nails. i mean why not?

When I had acrylic nails and gel nails a few years ago, they are hard and strong and don't scratch at all.

I guess they would work but I prefer my own long nails, I get more of a feel that way, not that I'm a ler, just saying what it feels like to touch things.

They feel about the same. Only thing il say is that fake nails are less likely to have uneven sharp edges so less accidental scratches.

Ide still choose real over fake tho, Fake nails I find VERY unattractive.

Maybe.....but with fake nails (on the feet anyways) if the feet can squirm and such, a kick could break a nail, and it doesn't feel good to have one break!

oh yeah!

my wife has long fake nails lately, and has used them quite effectivly. fake or real, long nails are wonderfull.
