Are Girls With Tattoos Sexy?

I found that more & more girls are getting or have tattoos. Do you find that to be sexy. Also are girls with tattoos more ticklish? I have found that girls with a lot of tattoos are more ticklish on there feet. For me I think it can be very sexy as long as it is not over done. I like the tattoo on the ankle, above the butt, & maybe on the boobs. Please let me know what you think.

A tattoo is about as sexy as a vaginal discharge. (yes, i know, probably the most digusting description in the world)

They are mostly bloody awful and can turn a beautiful woman into some sort of hard biker bitch from hell.

If a woman insists on having a tattoo, it should be small, not involve any green colour and have an abstract design that is unique and if anything is a work of art and not the same old cliche. No flowers, hearts, name scrolls etc.
